If you have a friend or family member that wants to buy land at Woodlea, simply complete the below steps and you will both receive a $2,500 reward when they settle on their block. You can view our referral terms & conditions here.

  • Find Friends

    Find some friend's who are thinking about building, and haven't started their journey with Woodlea yet. Ask them if you can put their name forward for our referral program. *Your friends details must not be recorded on our database at this time.

  • Enter Friend's Details

    Enter your friend's details into the form via the link on this page. You'll need your Woodlea Sales Consultant name too - if they don't appear on the list just select 'not listed'.

  • We'll do the rest

    If your friend signs up to build, you will receive your reward when they settle on their block. Easy!
