Latest Community Update

It’s a big year for land at Woodlea. Land currently under construction includes Stages 68A, 69, 70, 71, 72 & TCS7, all of which are on schedule. We expect over 170 land lots to title this year!

Secondary School site

Yarrabing Secondary College & Dharra Specialist School have proudly welcomed their first pupils! Both schools are a central component of Woodlea’s new Sports and Education Precinct, adding to the existing playgroup, two childcare centres, and two primary schools already within the estate. The intersection of Taylors Road is also complete, opening up access to the school site from Taylors Road.

New Display Village & Sales Centre

Opposite the Active Open Space precinct will stand the brand-new Woodlea Display Village, featuring 17 builders and 39 display homes. Nestled within this new Display Village will be our final legacy Sales Centre, which is already making significant progress. The frame has been installed, with construction on the roof commencing this week. The completed product will be our most impressive sales office yet and provide customers with an industry-leading sales journey experience. Stay on the lookout for more updates!

Active Open Space (AOS) precinct

Construction of the AOS precinct is underway with two fields opening at the end of 2024. The carpark and sports fields are already complete, and works on the sports pavilion have started, with the surrounding landscaping to take shape over the next couple of months. Upon completion, the AOS precinct will feature a brand new sports pavilion, skate park, all abilities playground, BBQ facilities plus a large dog park.

Park maintenance

A friendly reminder that any maintenance, damage or other issues that need addressing around the community (particularly our parks) should be submitted via the ‘snap send solve’ app. We are aware of some of these concerns but with ownership/maintenance sitting with council we encourage our residents to report & advocate for Aintree directly to the City of Melton.
