Discover the convenience that is Rockbank Station – taking residents where they need to be.

Woodlea has been carefully designed to connect residents with everything they need for modern, fulfilling living.

Station to station

The recently upgraded Rockbank station is an easy 800m walk from Woodlea. With trains travelling to Southern Cross via v-line express in just 29min, it’s an effortless trip to the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. With 350 car parks, two new platforms, a pedestrian overpass, bus and taxi bays, secure bike storage and pick up/drop off zones, Woodlea has never been so accessible.

Zip from Caroline Springs in 5 mins

The Taylors Road Kororoit Creek bridge crossing officially opened in 2020 offering a direct link to Caroline Springs for the very first time. This infrastructure was fast tracked by Woodlea which now positions Caroline Springs a short 5 minute drive away. The 2.6km stretch of road includes a bridge over Kororoit Creek and provides accessibility in and out of the community like never before.

Route 444

In 2019 Aintree welcomed its very first bus route, thanks to Public Transport Victoria. The route completes a loop of Frontier Avenue and Fields Street stopping at Woodlea Town and Aintree Primary School. For more information on the services and the route please visit the PTV website HERE

Close to major roads, shopping centres & Melbourne Airport

The Western Freeway and Melton Highway are close by, for an easy 15-minute drive to established local shopping centres, such as Caroline Springs and Watergardens. It’s also just 25 minutes to Melbourne Airport. The community of Woodlea will also link to the trail system that connects cyclists and hikers with the district beyond.
