Native woodlands & Kororoit Creek

30 per cent of Woodlea is dedicated to open space, with native woodlands and wetlands, parkland and pocket parks close to home. Neighbourhood parks mean every home has green space to call its own. Take the family to explore the skate ramp, trampolines, flying fox, slides, water play and kick-about spaces.

Sports and recreation facilities abound at Woodlea. Ten tennis and netball courts, two AFL football ovals and a sports pavilion are already open with more facilities on the way. Built on sustainable foundations
