Once you have moved into your brand new Woodlea home, you will need to forward a copy of your Certificate of Occupancy to the Woodlea Design Review Panel at [email protected]. For your final inspection to proceed you will also be required to include a photo of your completed hard landscaping.
​​​​​​​This includes your completed driveway, fence, side fence/gate and letterbox. It is mandatory for these items to be completed prior to a final inspection being conducted by our Woodlea Design Review Panel. We conduct fortnightly inspections and upon receipt of your Certificate of Occupancy and your image of completed hard landscape our dedicated Design Review Panel Customer Care Team will be in touch to advise of your scheduled review date.

If you’ve already chosen a builder and signed contracts, make sure you let us know.

​​​​​​​We’ll send your builder a unique link so they send us your plans directly to our Home Design Team. Our team will assess the plans within 15 business days. If your plans need to be resubmitted, it will take another 15 working days. To avoid delays, make sure your builder sends us the right plans first time round.
