Outside of his professional life, Matthew is known for his zest for fun. He enjoys playing darts and is an avid runner/cyclist. This balance is integral to his philosophy, ensuring he brings both energy and well-being into his professional life.

Claire has been the Community Development Manager at Woodlea since 2018. With a passion for genuine community engagement and activation, Claire crafts innovative engagement plans that not only connect residents, but also promote a sense of belonging and ownership. Claire’s strategic mind is always on the lookout for new ways to foster resident advocacy and community legacy, all while remaining flexible to the evolving needs of the community. Her local roots run deep, and she passionately enjoys spending time in nature and volunteering with Scouts Victoria.. Named Melton Council Citizen of the Year 2023 and Women of the Year 2014, Claire is a true champion of the environment, adventure, and youth leadership. Living in the West, she is committed to creating an active and thriving community at Woodlea, one partnership at a time.

Matthew is the Sales Manager extraordinaire at Woodlea, leading a dedicated team of sales agents for the past four years. With nearly two decades in Real Estate, Matt’s expertise spans greenfields, medium density, apartments, house and land, international sales and investment strategy, and established real estate. When he’s not closing deals or strategising investments, you’ll find him practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A quirky mix of martial arts and real estate, Matthew brings passion and a unique flair to everything he does.

Reece is a seasoned Property Consultant at Woodlea, with an impressive 30-year tenure in the property industry. He is a licensed real estate agent and an esteemed member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV). Throughout his career, Reece has demonstrated proficiency in various facets of real estate, including existing residential properties, off-the-plan townhouses and apartments, land sales, as well as house and land project sales and management roles. For the past seven years, he has been a valuable member of the Woodlea team, contributing significantly to its success and growth.

Tamara Tran is a Property Consultant at Woodlea. With a rich background in the Melbourne property industry from 2005 to 2014, Tamara took a hiatus to focus on her family before returning to work as a Sales Concierge in December 2017. Initially planning to work casually, her exceptional skills and passion quickly saw her rise through the ranks, being promoted to Sales Associate in October 2018, Sales Office Manager in December 2019, and Property Consultant in November 2021. Tamara’s primary goal is to understand and meet the unique needs of customers, finding them the ideal block for their dream home or property portfolio. Outside of work, Tamara is a devoted mother to two boys and enjoys spending time outdoors. Her commitment to both her professional and personal life is a testament to her dynamic and nurturing nature.

Monique is the ultimate go-to Settlement Executive at Woodlea. She exudes dedication and professionalism, having graduated from Law School in 2017. With a solid background in the construction industry since 2011, Monique has left her mark on various developments in the West Melbourne region. Joining Woodlea in May 2019 as a sales host, she swiftly rose to her current role the following year, ensuring the seamless finalisation of property transactions. Beyond her professional achievements, Monique has been a passionate cheerleader since 2009, and recently represented Australia at the 2024 Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, Florida, showcasing her dedication and discipline both on and off the field.
