Home design hub

The Home Design Hub helps us build a neighbourhood you’ll love to live in.

Follow these six simple steps to get your house plans approved the first time

  • Confirm builder details

    Your builder will then receive an email with a unique link to submit your house plans to the Woodlea Home Design Team for review. If you’re a builder, you can also nominate yourself on behalf of a Woodlea purchaser.

  • We review your plans

    We aim to review plans within 15 days. Because we want you to have the home you deserve, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll ask your builder to resubmit. Processing a resubmission can take up to 15 business days. (Processing each new submission can take up to 15 business days)

  • Start building

    Once our team of home design experts approve your plans, you can start building. To help get your project started, we’ve developed a series of videos and helpful links to help you build your dream home in our welcoming community.   • You've finished building

    Your new home is now complete and it’s time for the final check to make sure everything fits within Woodlea guidelines. We’ll email you a link to fill in our approval form. You’ll also need to submit various photos of your house and your certificate of occupancy.

  • Your free landscaping

    We want your dream home to be perfect, inside and out. Once your home has been inspected and approved, we’ll send you an email with a link to select your free landscape package. Our team of experts will bring your chosen design to life in less than three weeks.

  • Welcome to Woodlea

    Now your home is complete, we’d love to give you a warm Woodlea welcome. Our Community Development Manager will make a time to stop by with your special ‘Welcome Home’ gift.

Confirm builder details

If you’ve already chosen a builder and signed contracts, make sure you let us know.

We’ll send your builder a unique link, so your plans go directly to our Home Design team. Our team will assess the plans within 15 business days. If your plans need to be resubmitted, this takes another 15 working days. To avoid delays, make sure your builder sends the right plans first time around.
