We’re looking forward to seeing all of our valued customers and assisting you with your home building journeys, face to face in the Woodlea Hub.

We’ve put in place a few safety guidelines to ensure we keep our customers & team as safe as possible.

• To enter the Woodlea Hub, all visitors must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide sufficient evidence of a medical exemption for as long as the Government direction is in place
• On entry, you will be required to show your COVID-19 Digital Certificate or proof of medical exemption to our team members. You can access proof of vaccination by following the instructions here
• You will need to have an appointment with one of our Property Experts. This can be done here
• You will be asked to scan in via the Vic Government QR code
• We will request that you sanitise your hands prior to entering
• Face masks are required to be worn at all times in the Hub
• We ask that you maintain social distance with our team & other customers at all times

If you’re still waiting to receive your vaccination or not quite ready to return to the Hub, we will still be offering phone & video appointments which you can schedule via the below link!
