Get release ready by following the below simple steps:

    View release documentation and choose your preferred block(s) with the help of our property experts - book your appointment today.

  • STEP 2

    Submit your lot preferences online, with access from midday Monday 22nd March.

  • STEP 3

    Successful customers will be contacted within 48 hours, in order of receipt of their submission and invited to purchase their chosen block.

  • STEP 4

    Pay your 10% deposit & contract signing with a Woodlea expert to secure your block.

Lot allocations will be based on a time stamped basis from date of release ready form submissions of our customers. All customer details are verified upon submission.
