Woodlea makes a splash with brand-new swim centre underway

Woodlea is ready to make a splash, with construction on a much-anticipated swim centre now underway.

Swim Centre Contruction in Progress

 The much-anticipated swim centre now underway, as Woodlea continues their commitment to foster the healthiest lifestyle in Australia.

Located at 1 Plains Circuit, Aintree, the state-of-the-art facility will be delivered by APD Projects and operated by Paul Sadler Swimland, anticipated to open by January 2026.

All-inclusive Teaching Space

The new swim centre, Paul Sadler Swimland’s 15th location around Melbourne, will cater to individuals of all ages and swimming abilities, featuring learn-to-swim programs tailored for bubs, children, and adults.

The lessons focusing on deep water survival skills and backed by Paul Sadlers’ 50 years of expertise in teaching will now be available for all ages.

At present, the closest swim centres are in Melton and Caroline Springs, with the new Woodlea site being in the middle of these locations and answering to the demand from surrounding communities.

Other New Facilities

In addition to the swim centre, a brand-new laundromat, Clean Streak Laundry, will be opening alongside the facility. Clean Streak Laundry will provide convenient and efficient laundry services to Woodlea residents, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
