We are delighted to share our first construction update for 2017! As progress continues on the ground it is fantastic to have welcomed nearly 300 residents to Woodlea, as well as having the Bacchus Marsh Grammar Early Learning Centre and Stage 4 Park NOW OPEN!
Stage 2 - 13 and 15 Titled
Stage 14 - Expected titles April 2017
Stage 14 is located south of stage 13 and adjacent to the Deanside Wetlands conservation area. The reticulation of services are now complete and road construction works are nearing completion with asphalt recently installed.
Stage 16 - Expected titles May 2017
Stage 16 is located north of the Active Open Space precinct. Construction of the sewer, drainage gas and water pipes are now complete. Road construction has commenced and is progressing well.
Stage 17 - Expected titles July 2017
Stage 17 is located north of the display village, and also abuts Stage 18 to the east. Bulk earthworks and sewer reticulation works are complete with drainage works nearing completion. Works for reticulation of gas and water will commence shortly.
Stage 18 - Expected titles July 2017
Stage 18 abuts Stage 17 to the west, and both Stages 5 and 16 to the south. Bulk earthworks are complete. Reticulated sewer and drainage works are almost complete.
Stage 19 - Expected titles June 2017
Stage 19 will abut Stage 18 to the west and Stage 16 to the south. Bulk earthworks and sewer reticulation is complete, with drainage works nearing completion. Works for reticulation of gas and water will commence shortly.
Stage 20 - Expected titles October 2017
Stage 20 is located north of the local town centre and includes a neighbourhood park. Bulk earthworks have progressed well and are nearing completion. Sewer and drainage works have also commenced.
Stage 21 - Expected titles October 2017
Stage 21 is located east of Stage 20, and north of the local town centre. Topsoil stripping is complete and bulk earthworks have commenced.
Stage 22 - Expected titles November 2017
Stage 22 is located south of Stages 20 and 21, and north of Stage 25 and the local town centre. Construction of this stage has recently commenced.
Stage 23 - Expected titles December 2017
Stage 23 is located east of Stage 21, and includes the feature raingarden. Construction is expected to commence in February 2017.
Stage 24 - Expected titles December 2017
Stage 24 is located in close proximity to the Local Town Centre, south of Stage 23 and north of Stages 26 and 30. Construction is expected to commence in March 2017.
Stage 25 – Expected titles January 2018
Stage 25 is located south of Stage 22, and north of the local town centre. Construction is expected to commence in March 2017.
Stage 26 - Expected titles February 2018
Stage 26 is located south of Stage 24, and abuts the future Local Town Centre to the south. Construction is expected to commence in April 2017.
Stage 27 – Expected titles February 2018
Stage 27 is located east of Stage 23 and abuts the Kororoit Creek reserve. Taylors Road is located north of the stage. Construction is due to commence April 2017
Active Open Space
Active Open Space
Stage 1 of the Active Open Space sports facility comprises of 1 AFL Oval, adventure playground, youth space and car parking. Construction works are progressing well with completion anticipated in the 2nd quarter of 2017. Stage 2 of the Active Open Space comprises of a second AFL oval and 10 tennis courts and the sporting pavilion with construction completion expected in the 3rd quarter of 2017. The ovals are expected to be ready for use in 2018 following establishment of the playing surface.
Civil earthworks and services reticulation are now complete to both stages, carpark construction works are well progressed and landscape works have commenced.
