How do we get our Woodlea complementary package underway?
Once you have moved into your brand new Woodlea home, you will need to forward a copy of your Certificate of Occupancy to the Woodlea Design Review Panel at email@example.com.
For your final inspection to proceed you will also be required to include a photo of your completed hard landscaping. This includes your completed driveway, fence, side fence/gate and letterbox. It is mandatory for these items to be completed prior to a final inspection being conducted by our Woodlea Design Review Panel. We conduct fortnightly inspections and upon receipt of your Certificate of Occupancy and your image of completed hard landscape our dedicated Design Review Panel Customer Care Team will be in touch to advise of your scheduled review date.
What happens once we have emailed the Woodlea Design Review Panel a copy of our Occupancy Permit?
Following completion of the Woodlea Design Panels scheduled fortnightly final home inspection, our dedicated Design Review Panel Customer Care Team will be in touch over the following days and will provide an update on your final inspection.
If your home has been built according to your approved plans, which includes your letterbox, driveway, fence and side fence/gate, our Woodlea Landscape Customer Care Team will be advised and be in touch with you to arrange your selections and get your Woodlea Complementary front landscaping underway.

Woodlea have carefully developed a number of landscaping packages, designed to enhance the look of every home, front garden and street with soft landscaping. Our landscaping team will go through the various options with you. They will then install the agreed landscaping for you.
In the event your dwelling has not been approved, rectiﬁcation of non-compliance items will need to be completed and rectified. Woodlea front landscape packages will not commence on site until approval has been granted by the Woodlea Design Review Panel.
Can we vary or change our Woodlea front landscape package?
No, Woodlea complimentary landscape packages cannot be varied. However, our new residents are most welcome to add their own touch to their front gardens after landscape works have been completed if it is in accordance with the Woodlea Design Guidelines.
What is the timing of the delivery of my Woodlea complimentary front landscape package?
The standard timeframes for delivery of front landscaping is 8-12 weeks from Design Panel Approval. We will endeavour to advise you of the anticipated timeframe for delivery of your front landscaping package once we have booked in your selections with our experienced landscape team.
Why does my block width and front setback need to be provided?
The block width and house setback needs to be provided so the contractors can provide you with a package that meets the Woodlea design guidelines.
It is important that the permeable / impermeable areas are met once driveways are installed. What this means is that when a lot is greater than 18m in width a path to the front porch will be included, when a block is less than 18m in with a path will not be included.
How high do the standard trees grow?
Depending on the species and site conditions, trees grow typically from 2-5m in height.
My irrigation has stopped working
Should your irrigation system stop working please refer to the instruction manual to re-set and re-program. Always ensure that batteries are replaced when required.
My plants and grass appear dry
Please refer to your irrigation manual and follow re-programming instructions to adjust timing and frequency of watering to suit your requirements.
What is Woodlea’s maintenance period following completion of landscape works?
Our Woodlea Landscape contractors conduct a final audit to ensure your irrigation is working and all planting has been installed according to our required specifications. The completed audit certificate is delivered to your letterbox with your irrigation manual for your records.
Woodlea permit a 2-week grace period on any defects. Following this time, it is the owner’s responsibility. After this period has expired please refer to clause 45 and 45.4 of your contract of sale
